Free Initial Consultation
This is normally conducted over Zoom but can be in person if you prefer. The Initial Consultation is a free session of about 30 minutes that I offer to people who might be looking for help but would like to understand more about what I do and how Hypnotherapy can help you. It's only natural that you will have lots of questions which I can answer during this free session

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Session Duration: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in before your session begins.
